摘要
农民工参加培训的动机总体上是强烈的,具体动机包括掌握工作技能、找到好工作、获得证书、改善知识技能结构等。这些动机是外在的、直接的,没有内在的兴趣作为基础,容易变化不定。可以采取提高培训质量、强化培训内容与具体工作的切合度、建立密切的师生关系等措施来激发和维持农民工的学习热情。
The migrant rural labors' motivation for participating in training is strong,and their specific motivation includes mastering job skills,applying for a good job,obtaining certificate,improving knowledge and skill structure,etc.These motivations are external,direct and changeful because of absenting interest foundation.Therefore,effective measures including improving training quality,enhancing the coherence between training contents and specific job,building close relation between teachers and migrant trainees,etc.should be taken to stimulate and maintain their learning enthusiasm.
