依托高校资源的学习型社区建设探析

Analysis on the Construction of Learning Community Relying on the Resources of Higher Education Institutes

高校是社区的重要组成部分,拥有丰富的教育资源,且具有服务社会的功能,是建设学习型社区的重要力量。依托高校资源建设学习型社区要正确处理高校与社区的关系,在坚持互利原则上,通过加强政府引导、整合并开放教育资源、完善沟通和管理机制等措施实现资源共享,协调各方面工作,促进高校与社区的合作共建。

Higher education institutes are important parts of the community,they have abundant educational resources and the function to serve the society and are important force to build the learning community.To construct learning community relying on the resources of higher education institutes,it should properly deal with the relationship between higher education institutes and the communities,adhere to the principle of mutual benefit,share commonly the resources according to strengthening the guidance of government,integrating and opening educational resources and perfecting the mechanism of communication and management,and harmonize the work from all aspects,so as to promote the cooperation and co-construction between the community and higher education institutes.
