摘要
为了改善DNTF基传爆药的冲击波感度,同时不显著降低其沟槽装药传爆性能,选择了几种钝感炸药和钝感剂,研究了其对DNTF基传爆药传爆能力的影响,并测试了钝感配方的冲击波感度。结果表明:当DNTF与TNT、DNAN形成低共熔体,并采用TATB、石蜡、聚酯混合钝感,体系中DNTF含量为50%~60%时,装药爆轰波直线传播的临界尺寸为0.8mm×0.8mm~1.0mm×1.0mm装药直径,冲击波感度G_(50)降至10.36~12.36mm。
In order to decrease shock sensitivity of DNTF booster, and not to decrease detonation propagation property obviously, several kinds of insensitive explosive and desensitizer were selected, in order to research their influence on propagation property and shock-wave sensitivity of DNTF booster. The results showed that when DNTF was melted with TNT and DNAN in common, furthermore desensitized by TATB and wax compound, ifDNTF content was between 50% and 60%, the critical size of detonation propagation was from 0.8mm x 0.Smm to 1 mm x l mm, and G50 was reduced to 10.36~12.36mm.
