Study on TiHP/KClO_4 High Energy Ignition Powder

摘要 为提高点火药的点火能力,采用TiHP作为可燃剂,制备了TiHP/KC1O_4点火药并对其性能进行表征与分析,同时,在同等条件下与以Ti粉为可燃剂的点火药进行爆热和感度对比。实验结果表明:以TiHP为可燃剂的点火药比以Ti粉为可燃剂的点火药爆热提高13%,摩擦感度下降10%。 Aimed at improvement of ignition energy for ignition powder, the TiHP was selected as combustion agent, and Ti/KClO4 ignition powder was prepared. The property of the new ignition powder was characterized and analyzed, the explosion heat and sensitivity was tested, and compared to that of ignition powder Ti/KClO4. The results showed that when TiHP was substituted for Ti as combustion agent, the explosion heat of ignition powder increased 13%, and the friction sensitivity decreased 10%.
