重型双质体电磁振动落砂机动力参数理论研究

摘要 本文对2×30吨双质体电磁振动落砂机进行了论证。这一理论的基本点是建立一符合工况的振动台、台架、砂箱三质体的振动-撞击交替运动的动力学模型。论证结果证明该设计是成功的。对同参数的单质体而言,双质体不仅能大幅受降低对基础的动压力,而且能取得满意的落砂效果。这一新的理论计算对设计们改造电磁振动落砂机将起到积极的指导作用并将取得良好的经济效益。 In this paper demonstrate to the 2×30 Ton electromagnetic shaker was dicussed.So we wrote this paper to meet the need. Basic ideas are setting a Dynamie model in wich three moving rigid Bodies (vibro- bench,bench test,sand box)are in exchange of vibration and shock.The conclusion of demonstration shows that the designed parameter is reasonable. Compared with the system of one rigid body with same parameter.the system of the two rigid Bodies not only has less pressure on the faundation but also obtains satis- fing effeet of falling sand.This theory will play an active role in designing the new equipments and in novating old equipments,and will bring about a good profit.
