全光谱日光模拟器的辐照特性仿真研究与优化 被引量:9

IRRADIANCE CHARACTERISTIC AND DESIGN OPTIMIZATION OF A NEW FULL-SPECTRUM SOLAR SIMULATOR

摘要 以全光谱日光模拟器为对象,利用光学软件LightTools对其辐照特性进行仿真研究。分别建立光源和模拟器的光学系统仿真模型,并将辐照度仿真结果与实验结果进行对比,获得光学基准模型,最终完成模拟器优化。结果显示,利用基准模型可有效预测各工况下日光模拟器的辐照特性;借助该光学基准模型进行日光模拟器的优化设计,确定反射板的最佳宽度与最佳反射角分别为1.2m和20°,在模拟器与辐照面间距为2.0m,只开A组、B组、C组、D组以及灯组全开的工况下,有效辐照面较优化前平均扩大81.6%。 With solar simulator as the research object, Solar simulator light source and optical system simulation model were established with optical software LightTools. The simulated irradiance distribution of target irradiated surface and experimental results were compared to verify simulation model reliability, and the optimization design of the simulator was achieved. The results showed that, the validated optical model could be used to study the irradi- ance characteristic of the simulator under various operation conditions and provide much reference data with experi- mental test. The optimal width and reflecting angle of the reflectors or the simulator were determined as 1.2m and 20°, respectively. The area of the effective irradiated surface is enlarged by average about 81.6% under optimiza- tion conditions than before optimization.
