摘要
为分析产品配置需求中各个参数之间的关联,提出了面向配置需求获取的参数耦合网络模型.在分析配置设计背景下产品的结构层次与参数之间关联性的基础上,将参数之间的关联以各种内聚与耦合的形式加以分类表达.通过不同的内聚和耦合将同属于一个产品族的所有参数连接成一个参数耦合网络模型,通过该网络模型中的各种特征以及不同的内聚耦合属性,引导设计中参数的选择与更改工作,实现支持产品配置设计的目的.通过电梯配置设计的实例,证明了面向配置需求获取的参数耦合网络模型的可行性与适用性.
A model of parameter coupling network was put forward in order to study of parameters' relationships in product configuration requirements obtaining, thus guide and support parameters selection or modification in design process. The product structure layers and their relevancy with parameters were studied, and the different relationships between parameters were classified and expressed in the variety of forms of cohesion and coupling. Based on the cohesion and coupling expression, the parameters within a product family were connected and sorted in different forms of cohesion and coupling, thus to form a parameter coupling network model. Through the characteristics and attributes of the parameter coupling network model, the parameter selection or modification in the product configuration design were supported and guided. A case of elevator configuration design tested and verified.
