摘要
从10个具有不同镁碱化程度的采样点,采集土壤样品30个,测定土样pH、镁碱度、Mg2+/Ca2+、HCO3-+CO32-、钠碱度、有机碳、全氮、微生物生物量碳、荧光素二乙酸酯水解率、速效养分等指标。结果表明,镁碱化盐渍土有机碳、全氮、微生物生物量碳、微生物熵、荧光素二乙酸酯水解率、NH4+-N、NO3--N、速效磷等指标都与镁碱度和Mg2+/Ca2+显著负相关,表明镁碱化会造成土壤有机质含量降低、微生物群落变小、微生物活性下降、全量和速效养分含量偏低,镁碱化是导致土地生产力低下的原因之一。
The effects of Mg2+ alkalinity on the size and activity of the soil microbial communities and soil nutrients were investigated.Thirty soil samples were collected from 10 locations along the border area of the alluvial fan of Changma of Shulehe river in Hexi Corridor,Gansu province.Soil pH,exchangeable Mg2+ percentage,Mg2+/Ca2+,HCO3-+CO32-,exchangeable Na+ percentage,soil organic C,total N,microbial biomass C,microbial quotient,fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis rate,NH4+-N,NO3--N,available P were determined and the effects of the soil chemical indices on soil microbial and biochemical activities and soil nutrients were analyzed.The results showed that soil organic C,total N,microbial biomass C,microbial quotient,fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis rate,NH4+-N,NO3--N,available P negatively correlated with exchangeable Mg2+ percentage and Mg2+/Ca2+ in the soils studied,which indicated the adverse effects that Mg2+ alkalinity inflicted on soil organic matter,microbial community,microbial activities and soil nutrients.
