摘要
“温州模式”，在带给温州城市经济快速发展和人们生活水平提高的同时，也导致了生态环境破坏日益加重。本文对温州市的资源环境现状及温州模式下的经济发展背景进行了分析，提出从企业、生产基地等经济实体内部、产业集中区域内企业之间、产业之间和整个社会三个层面来发展循环经济的思路。
The so-called ＂Wenzhou Mode for Economy Development＂ has been beneficial to the fast economy development of Wenzhou city and thus obviously increases the living standard of the local residents. However, it has also led to the severe environmental destruction. In this article, the resources, the environmental conditions of the present in Wenzhou and the background of the economy development under ＂Wenzhou Mode for Economy Development＂ in the last are analyzed. Three strategies for the cyclic economy development are proposed as, （1） to realize the inner cyclic development in the individual corporations and production bases; （2）to realize the cyclic development between individual corporations and production bases in fixed districts or areas; and （3）the final general cyclic development in the whole city for both production and the living areas.
