摘要
目的:实验拟通过刀豆素(CONA)和麦芽素(WGA)检测缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心肌和缺血预处理大鼠心肌细胞膜凝集素受体的变化。方法:采用SD雄性大鼠18只分3组:假手术组、缺血再灌注组、缺血预处理组,分别取三组大鼠左心室前壁心肌,常规石蜡包埋切片,分别用刀豆素、麦芽素分子探针进行 ABC法染色。结果:假手术组CONA和WGA细胞反应强,缺血再灌注组CONA和WGA细胞反应弱。缺血预处理组CONA和WGA细胞反应介入二者之间。结论:缺血预处理能有效防止膜上凝集素受体损伤。
To investigate changes of lectin receptors in myocardium during ischemic-reperfusion and ischemic preconditioning in rats. Eighteen male rats were divided into 3 groups: sham operation ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) and classical ischemic preconditioning(IPC). The left ventricular myocardium of 3 groups were routinely embeded with paraffin and sectioned in series. The concanavalin (CONA) and WGA were used as probes to conduct ABC staining method. The result showed that staining in the I/R group was significantly weaker than that in the sham-operation group and IPC group. It is suggested that IPC have protective effect on myocardium membrane of ishemic reperfusion in rats.
