摘要
“双师结构”教学团队建设是高职教学改革的重要组成部分,它在提高教学质量和教师的专业发展方面都起着重要作用。文章厘清了与“双师”以及教学团队相关的概念,解读其理论演进,探讨了建设“双师结构”教学团队的要素和原则,探索为社会培养高技能人才的可行途径。
The construction of dualqualification-based teaching team is a vital part of teaching reform in vocational colleges and it plays an important role both in improving teaching quality and in educators' professional development. This paper clarifies some concepts concerning "dual- qualification" and teaching team, and unscrambles the evolution of relative theories. It probes into some fundamental characteristics and principles in constructing dualqualification-based teaching team, and explores feasible approaches to produce highskilled talents for society.
