心先安(环磷酸腺苷葡甲胺)治疗慢性支气管炎喘息型58例临床观察

A clinical investigation of treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis with meglumine cyclic adenglote in 58 patients

目的 评价心先安对慢性支气管炎喘息型 (慢支喘 )的治疗效果。方法 采用双盲随机对照方法对 10 3例慢支喘住院人进行疗效观察 ,其中 5 8例做为治疗组 ,应用心先安 12 0mg/d静脉滴注 ,连用 1周 ,对照组 45例采用常规治疗 ,疗程 1周。治疗前及治疗结束后检查肺通气功能和动脉血气分析。结果 疗程结束后治疗组总有效率 87 9% ,对照组有效率 5 5 6 % ,且治疗组肺通气功能及动脉血气分析改善优于对照组 ,两组对比有显著差异性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 心先安治疗慢支喘病人可提高治疗效果 ,缩短治疗时间 。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of meglumine cyclic adenglote in treating chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Methods 103 cases with chronic asthmatic bronchitis was randomly divided into two groups,58 cases as the investigating group were treated with meglumine cyclic adenglote besides the ordinary treatments,and 45 cases as the control group were treated with ordinary treatments for a week too.Pulmonary functiontests and Arterial blood gas measurement were performed before and after the treatment. Results The effectiverate in investigat group was 87.9%,but only 55.6% in control group.There is significant difference between two groups( P<0 05 ).The investigating had superiorites in pulmonary function and arterial blood gas measurement. Conclusion Meglumine cyclic adenglote can improve the effection and reduce the treating time.
