省域干线公路网规划调整关键问题研究

Research on the Key Issues of Provincial Trunk Highway Network Planning

社会经济的快速发展和公路建设形势的变化要求各省对其干线公路网进行调整完善。文章在界定省域干线公路内涵的基础上,对省域干线公路网规划调整中的规模调整、结构调整和布局调整进行了分析,提出了调整的思路和方法,同时对干线公路穿集镇段的处理方案进行了探讨,并以安徽省干线公路规划调整为例进行了分析,研究结论可供省域干线公路网规划调整参考。

As the rapid development of economic and the changes of highway construction situation,every province should adjust its provincial trunk highway network. In this thesis, based on defining the provincial trunk highway, the key issues of network planning were analyzed and the adjusting ideas were put forward. And the treatment scheme for street crossing trunk highway was discussed. At last, the provincial trunk highway network planning of Anhui province was researched as an example. The research conclusion could provide reference to other provinces in network planning.
