白细胞介素2、4、6、8在外源性哮喘发病中作用的初步研究

The change of serum IL-2、IL- 4、IL- 6 and IL- 8 in allergic asthma

目的 为了观察白细胞介素在哮喘发病中的作用。方法 分别对哮喘发作期 2 0例、缓解期 12例患者及正常对照组 10例进行了外周血IL 2、IL 4、IL 6、IL 8的测定。结果 发作期患者IL 2下降 ,而IL 4、IL 6、IL 8均升高 ,缓解期患者血清各指标均恢复至正常水平。

Objective To study the role of interleukin levels in allergic Asthme, Methods Serum levels of interleukin 2(IL 2)、interleukin 4(IL 4)、interleukin 6(IL 6) and interleukin 8(IL 8) were detected in 32 patients with allergic asthma and 10 healthy controls. Results Levels of serum IL 2 in acute pationts were significantly lower than those in remittent pationts and the controls. On the other hand,the levels of serum IL 4、IL 6 and IL 8 were significanly higher in acute patients than those in remittent patients and the controls. Conclusion IL 2,IL 4,IL 6 and IL 8 play important roles in the pathogenesis and pathobiology of asthma.
