普瑞博思对功能性消化不良的胃动力作用研究

The reserch on prepulsid's effect of gastric motility of functional dyspepsia

目的 探讨功能性消化不良 (FD)的发病机制及普瑞博思对FD的胃动力作用。方法 应用WDL 2 0 0 0型胃动力诊断仪对 12 6例FD患者进行胃动力检测并与 3 0例健康人作对照 ,同时亦比较了服用普瑞博思治疗 4周前后的胃动力改变。结果 显示FD患者中的胃动力低下率为 6 6 7%与健康对照组 10 %相比差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,普瑞博思治疗后胃动力恢复正常率为 72 1% ,与治疗前相比具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 胃动力异常在FD发病中具有重要作用。普瑞博思能有效改善胃动力功能。

Objective In order to find out the cause of functional dyspepsia and Prepulsid's effect of FD's gastric motility function. Method WDL 2000 type diagnose machine is used for checking up gastric motility.30 healty people is compared with 126 FD's patients.Prepulside's effect is also compared before and after treating four weeks.Result The result shows that gastric motility is abnormal 66.7% in FD patients and 10% in healthy people.There is a clear difference between them(P<0 01).We can see the effective rate is 72.1% after taking Prepusied. Conclnsion It shows that the abnormal gasric motility is important in causing FD. Prepulsid can improve gastric motility effectively.
