高尿酸血症中医证候要素调查问卷的研制

The development of questionnaire about syndrome factors of hyperuricemia

目的:研究能初步调查高尿酸血症人群中医症状特征及证候要素的调查问卷。方法:遵照量表研制的原则,结合文献研究和专家咨询等方法,在中医理论的指导下,通过测量概念的确定、操作化,条目池的形成与条目筛选、问题与答案的产生,预调查以及修订等过程设计问卷。结果:形成的调查问卷包括一般信息、危险因素、中医症状3个维度共90个问题条目,以自填及封闭式为主。结论:该问卷内容清晰明了,篇幅适中,可接受性强,具有可行性,能够在一定程度上反映高尿酸血症人群的症状特征,为中医对高尿酸血症的证候要素研究提供了方法和应用工具。

Objective： Questionnaire of TCM Syndrome elements for Hyperuricemia was made according to Symptom Characteristics and TCM syndrome elements.Methods： Methods of scale technique,literature research,expertise consultation et al,based on Chinese medicine theory,via conceptualization,come into being items,result,foreword,advance survey,recension et al,fashion Questionnaire.Results： There were 90 items in it,divided into 3 parts： general information,risk factors,body status.Conclusion： Questionnaire has a clear structure,moderate length,acceptability,and feasible.It reflects the characteristics of Hyperuricemia population in some degree and provides methods and application tools for researching of TCM Syndrome elements for Hyperuricemia.
