薪酬保密及其实施效应的研究综述 被引量:7

摘要 受外资企业的影响,我国越来越多的企业开始实施薪酬保密政策。但是,这些政策在实施过程中产生了很多问题。如何有效地实施薪酬政策,是理论界和实践界共同关注的问题。回顾了关于薪酬保密内涵的不同界定,总结了薪酬保密实施的正负效应以及调节因素,并针对该项管理政策在我国企业的应用提出未来的研究建议。 More and more enterprises in China implement pay secrecy policy influenced by foreign-funded enterprises.However,this policy results in many problems.So how to carry out pay secrecy policy effectively has been a common issue that both academic and business circles focus on.This paper reviews different definitions about the connotation of pay secrecy,sums up both the positive and negative implementation effects,as well as the moderating factors in the process.In the end it puts forward some recommendations for future studies.
