造粒技术在摩擦材料方面的应用

摘要 研究了造粒工艺以及颗粒分级对摩擦材料摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:对比常规方法制备摩擦材料,造粒摩擦材料的摩擦因数增加了2.05%~19.74%,磨损率降低了36.48%~65.38%。采用分级搭配的不同粒径混合颗粒所压制的摩擦材料的摩擦学性能优于不同级别的相同粒径颗粒制备的摩擦材料的摩擦学性能,摩擦系数增加6.1%~34.3%,磨损率降低3.8%~58.3%。 The effects of granulating processing and pellets grading on the tribological properties of friction materials were studied. The results showed that the friction coefficients of friction materials prepared by gran- ulating technology increased 2.05% - 19.74% and the wear rate reduced 36.48% -65.38% compared to those prepared by the conventional method. The properties of friction materials prepared by using the graded pellets of different sizes were superior to that using the graded pellets with the same size, the friction coeffi- cients increased 6.1% -34.3%, and wear rate reduced 3.8% -58.3%.
