摘要
介绍了大客车涂装自动输送系统中为无动力输送设备吊具提供返回行走能量的摩擦轮传动装置的设计与计算,该装置能够对与其接触的吊具摩擦条的位置偏差自动进行找正,以保证摩擦轮与吊具间运动和动力的正常传递。生产实践表明:该装置运行平稳,工作可靠,维修方便。
The paper introduces the design and calculation of the friction wheel device which provides returning walking power for the unpowered transmission lifting tool in the bus painting automatic transmission system. The location deviation of the lifting tool's friction strip contacted with the wheel can be alignmented auto- matically by the device to ensure the normal transmission of the motion and drive between the friction wheel and the lifting tool. The production practice shows that the device has such advantages as stable running, reliable work and convenient maintenance.
