摘要
市场能力是大学生就业能力的关键,大学教育必须坚持以培养学生"市场能力"为主要目标,使培养的学生具有较强的创业素质和适应市场的能力。课程设计是本科教学最重要的实践环节之一,在实现学生总体培养目标中占有重要地位。如何使课程设计成为学生提高"市场能力"的平台,指导教师的工作是关键。指导教师在指导工作中要精心指导,注意学生角色转换能力、学习能力、团队协作能力和独立生活能力的培养,最大限度地发挥课程设计在提高学生"市场能力"中的作用。
Market capability is the key to the employment ability of university students. University education must adhere to the main target of developing the " market capability", so that the students have strong pioneering quality and ability to adapt to the market. Curriculum design is one of the most important practical parts for undergraduate teaching, which plays an important role in achieving the overall goal of students'training. The guiding teacher is the key to make the curriculum design become the platform of improving students" market capability. The teachers should guide painstakingly in their work and pay attention to developing students" ability of role conversion, learning ability, teamwork ability and independent living skills, so that they can maximize the function of the curriculum design in improving student's market capability.
