摘要
目的探讨染色体核型分析技术对急性白血病(AML)诊断、治疗及其预后的临床意义。方法对108例AML患者进行染色体检测和对42例急性粒单核细胞白血病(AMML)患者染色体核型异常分布、细胞遗传学异常的特征进行分析,然后进行形态学、免疫学、细胞遗传学、分子生物学检测。结果 AMML患者染色体检测结果有着明显的不同,异常核型为54.76%(23/42)。从染色体核型异常的特征来看,AMML有着明显的不一致性。结论染色体异常核型分析在白血病诊断、分型、治疗及预后判断诸方面起着十分重要的作用。
Objective To explore the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of clinical significance of chromosome analysis in acute leukemia.Methods 108 cases of acute leukemia patients were test by chromosome detection,and 42 cases of acute myelomonocytic leukemia(AMML)patients with abnormal karyotype distribution of the characteristics of cytogenetic abnormalities were analyzed.And morphology,immunology,cytogenetics,molecular biology were tested.Results AMML chromosome test results were obviously different,abnormal karyotype was 54.76%(23/42).From the chromosome anomaly point of view,AMML was a clear inconsistency.Conclusion Karyotype analysis of chromosome abnormalities play an important role in leukemia diagnosis,classification,treatment and prognosis aspects.
