临床检验共同参考区间的分析质量规范

摘要 实验室结果的解释需要与参考值进行比较。比较可以是横断面的或者是纵向的。由研究者使用国际临床化学和检验医学联合会（IFCC）的建议已建立了横断面比较的质量规范。这些作者建立标准来确定当共享基于人群参考区间服从高斯分布时,分析的偏倚和不精密度对正常人群落在参考界限以外的百分数影响。
