基于人本理念的高校图书馆管理

College Library Management based on People-oriented Concept

当前,高校图书馆在管理方面存在着很多问题,其主要原因是缺乏人本理念,缺乏对人(馆员和读者)的尊重。人本理念强调以人为本,也就是说,图书馆所收藏的物是为人(馆员和读者)所用,如果不能够很好地服务于人,那么图书馆的存在就失去了意义。因此,高校图书馆在内部管理上要以馆员为本,在外部管理上要以读者为本,最终实现馆读和谐。

At present, there are many problems existing in college library management. The main reason is the lack of people - oriented concept and the respect to librarians and readers. The books in the library are used by the people. If the library cant serve people very well, there＇s little significance of the existence of it. Therefore, in the college library, the inner management should value the librarians, while the outer management should value readers, which uhimately realizes the harmony between librarians and readers.
