摘要
采用整群随机抽样方法对高校毕业生择业思想状况进行了调查,调查显示,高校毕业生择业思想渐趋成熟,对就业形势的判断趋于理性,对择业心态的把握符合高校毕业生就业规律,对薪酬期望值符合当前工资收入水平,对职业选择注重个人发展空间。同时,由于受就业市场容量、就业体制、高校学科设置等因素影响,高校毕业生对行业和区域选择期望值较高,存在焦虑、茫然等心理问题,感到沟通协调能力和就业信息不足、所学专业就业面太窄、应聘技巧需要提高等。因此,应从完善高校毕业生就业体制机制、加大就业指导力度、增强毕业生就业能力等方面着手促进大学生顺利就业。
Cluster random sampling method is used to survey ideological state of employment of college graduates.It shows the employment ideology of college students is getting mature gradually;the judgement of employment situation is going to be rational,employment attitudes correspond to employment law;salary expectation is in conformity with current income level and personal development space is valued in employment.At the same time,influenced by employment market capacity,employment system and subject setting of college,college graduates expect too much of profession and area selection,being anxious and puzzled.They lack communicative competence and employment information.Their majors have very few employment opportunities and their employment skills need to be improved.In order to promote smooth employment of college students,employment system and mechanism need to be perfected,increased employment guidance and strengthen employment ability.
