间断小量多次微囊化胰岛腹腔移植的实验研究

摘要 微囊化胰岛移植虽已证明是一种治疗IDDM的方法,并用于临床实验,但结果不能令人满意。报道表明,移植使IDDM患者转化为非胰岛素依赖的比率很低,大部分只是减少胰岛素的用量。原因是多方面的。
