摘要 偏头痛是一种临床常见的神经血管性疾病，其发病机制既涉及神经系统又涉及血管系统，很多学者都认为偏头痛与缺血性卒中之间存在复杂的关系。文章就近年来此领域的研究进展做了综述。 Migraine is a common neurovascular disease in clinical practice,its pathogenesis is both involved in the nervous system and vascular system.Many researchers believe that there are complex relationships between migraine and ischemic stroke.This article reviews the advances in this field in recent years.
