摘要
18例海洛因依赖者在强制脱毒过程中突发精神障碍 ,依据CCMD -2 -R诊断为感应性精神病。临床分析发现 :依赖者的精神状态缺陷、心理紧张、社交范围狭窄以及文化层次低是影响发病的重要因素。其主要临床表现为内容近似的妄想和情感障碍 ,经隔离等处理后病情迅速缓解。
Abrupt mental disorder,which was diagnosed as induced psychosis according to CCMD-2-R, occured in 18 cases of heroin addicts during compulsory detoxification. After clinical studies,it was found that the addicts'psychopathic state,psychological stress,deficiency of social contact,and low educational level were important factors inducing the incidence of this disease. The main clinical complications were identical delusion and affective disorder, which were soon alleviated after isolation.
