公安标准术语中常见的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures on the Standard Terminology of Public Security

术语是标准文本中最为严谨的部分之一,其质量高低直接关系到标准能否得到准确理解和顺利实施。尽管公安标准的质量近年来有了较大的提高,但在标准术语规范化方面确实存在不少问题。文章结合公安标准术语研究和格式审查工作,简述了公安标准术语的现状,归纳和分析了目前存在的主要问题及其产生的原因,并提出了改进的对策和建议。

Terminology is one of the most rigorous parts of standards, because its quality is in direct relation to whether standards can be precisely comprehended and smoothly implemented. Although,in recent years, public security standards have improved on quality, quite a number of problems do exist in terminology standardization. Based on the study of public security standard terminology and the work related to format approval in standardization, the paper briefly introduces the current development of public security standard terminology, summarizes and analyzes the existing problems and the reasons behind the problems, and proposes recommendations and countermeasures for improvement.
