Study on Informationized Terminological System on Customs Business

基于术语学的基础理论、概念、原则和方法,文章通过业务信息化术语与标准术语之间关系的分析,结合编纂《海关业务信息化术语字典》的实践,阐述了由海关企管业务信息化、海关法规业务信息化等11个下位概念构建的海关业务信息术语体系的框架、方法、流程以及相应的业务、技术双重属性,并通过建立海关业务信息化术语库和开发应用术语字典管理系统,着重解决了术语标准化在海关系统内从理论到实践应用的问题。

This paper compared informationized terms on customs business with standard terms based on the adoption of basic theories, concepts, principles and methods in terminology. Based on the compilation of ＂An Informationized Terminological Dictionary on Customs Business＂, the paper continued to elaborate the framework, method, flow and corresponding dual attribute of both business and techonology of the Informationized Terminological System on Customs Business, which comprises 11 low-level descriptors including customs enterprise management informationization and customs legal affairs informationization, etc.. With the establishment of the Informationized Terminological Repository on Customs Business and the development and application of Management System of the Informationized Terminological Dictionary on Customs Business, the problem of applying the standardized terms into customs＇ daily use has finally been solved.
