摘要 乙型肝炎是当今全球最严重的传染病之一,中国是乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染的高发地区,乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）携带者约有1.2亿,有效预防和治疗HBV感染是中国公共健康的一个重要目标。α-干扰素（IFN-α）是目前临床治疗慢性乙型肝炎最常用的药物之一。IFN-α可以抑制HBV复制,
