糖化血清清蛋白临床应用意义分析 被引量:5

摘要 与非糖尿病(non-diabetes mellitus,nonDM)患者相比,糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者体内存在多种被糖基化的蛋白质,且糖基化蛋白质与慢性糖尿病并发症(chronic diabeticcomplications,ChDC)的发生、发展密切相关[1]。在这些糖基化蛋白质中,糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin HbA1c)作为判断DM患者血糖控制水平的金标准,临床应用最为广泛[2-3]。
