摘要
对应用于高精度液浮陀螺仪的径向磁悬浮进行输出特性测试与分析,以保证其性能指标满足相应的技术要求。其中,采用专用刚度测试仪对磁悬浮的恢复力、位置信号等参数进行测试,据此对其性能进行评定,剔除不合格的产品。同时,在磁悬浮应用中,对激磁电源频率和电压幅值变化所产生的影响进行分析,确定了正常工作范围以保证磁悬浮具有足够的定中精度。最后,针对目前磁悬浮存在品质因数低、刚度小等不足之处提出了相应的改进技术措施。
Test and analysis of output characteristics for passive radial magnetic suspension used in high-precision liquid floating gyroscope are executed, so that the gyroscope' s performance can be ensured to meet the technical requirements. Magnetic suspension' s parameters such as restoring force and position signal are tested by a specific stiffness tester. Thereby, its performance is evaluated and substandard products are eliminated. Meanwhile, the influence of excitation power' s frequency change and voltage amplitude is different is analyzed in magnetic suspension applications. Its normal work scope is determined to ensure sufficient centering precision. Finally, some improved technical measures aiming at the deficiency such as low quality factor and less stiffness are put forward.
