四肢关节部位瘢痕挛缩的治疗

TREATMENTS FOR SCAR COMTRACTION OF LARGE JOINT AREAS

目的总结四肢关节部位瘢痕挛缩的繁复。方法对瘢痕挛缩的关节充分松解，采取Z改形，植皮，皮瓣等修复方法。结果1994年1月─1999年3月临床治疗46例，关节部位62个，瘢痕挛缩的关节外形及功能恢复满意。结论根据关节部位瘢痕挛缩的时间，畸形程度，组织缺损范围及深度，局部可利用残留的皮肤等综合考虑，选择修复方法，可获得较满意的临床效果，尤以皮瓣法效果甚佳。

Objective To summary treatments for scar contraction of large joint areas. Method The joints of scar contraction were treated with Z - plasty or split thickness skin graft or flap. Results From Jan, 1994 to Mar, 1999, 62 joints in 46 cases were operative treated, The joints contour and function of scar contraction were satisfactory. Conclusion The satisfactory results could be gained accor-ding to assessment of the time of scar contraction, deformity extent, local available skin, range and deep of tissue defects. Especially when the flap was used.
