当前高职教育进入了蓬勃发展时期,已占据了高等教育的半壁江山。高职院校图书馆人员队伍的现状如何,本研究通过对高职院校的调研,分析了高职院校图书馆人员队伍的现状及存在的问题,提出构建高职院校图书馆人员队伍的对策与措施。

The vocational education has entered a booming stage, account for half of Chinese higher education. With the investigation on vocational colleges＇ librarians, the essay analyzed the current status of staff and the problems in existence, proposed strategies and measurement on constructing vocational colleges＇ librarian staff.
