囊性肾癌的诊断和治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of cystic renal cell carcinoma

目的探讨囊性肾细胞癌的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2005年5月至2010年5月淮安市第二人民医院收治的30例肾癌中存在囊性成分病例的临床特点、影像学表现、手术治疗方式的选择、病理特点以及随访的情况。结果本组30例患者均获随访,随访时间为1～12年,其中28例定期复查未见肿瘤复发及转移。死亡2例,分别于术后第67,年死于癌肿复发转移。结论囊性肾癌是一种少见的临床病理亚型,手术切除特别是保留肾单位手术能有效地治疗囊性肾癌,临床预后很好。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of cystic renal cell carcinoma.Methods A retrospective analysis of May 2005-May 2010,30 patients admitted to hospital in the presence of cystic components of kidney cancer cases,the clinical features,imaging findings,surgical treatment of choice,pathological characteristics and follow-up situation.Results Totally 30 patients were followed up for 1~12 years,including 28 cases no tumor recurrence and periodic review of the transfer.2 patients died,respectively,died of cancer six or seven years after the first recurrence and metastasis.Conclusions Cystic renal cell carcinoma is a rare clinical subtypes,surgical resection,especially nephron-sparing surgery can be effective in the treatment of cystic renal cell carcinoma,prognosis is good.
