国内图书馆目前正处于自动化信息系统更新换代的时期,将IT项目管理理念和技术手段引入更新图书馆自动化信息系统项目工作中,可以有效的提高此类项目的成功率并提高项目完成后新系统的使用质量.以我校图书馆更新自动化信息系统,利用IT项目管理实施方案为例,叙述了IT项目管理在此类项目中的应用.

Nowadays China libraries are updating their automated information system.The introduction of IT project management theory and technology into updating library automated information system will greatly speed up the work and improve the application effect.Based on the library of Yunyang Teachers＇ College,this paper has studied the application of IT project management with the implementing scheme.
