重度颅脑损伤显微外科手术后三磷酸胞苷的作用 被引量:2

摘要 三磷酸胞苷(CTP)作为参与磷脂、蛋白质及核酸代谢的物质有确切的药物作用,全面营养神经细胞。国外有实验研究已证实了CTP能减轻甚至逆转多种原因所引起的神经系统损伤,如中毒性、代谢性、创伤性或缺血性因素等[1]。我们通过临床观察CTP在治疗颅脑损伤中的作用,现作一报道?..
