摘要
根据现代金融发展需要,培养具有综合职业技能的应用型和复合型人才,必须构建科学的实践教学体系.针对独立学院办学特点与人才培养定位要求,从创新金融实验教学理念、更新金融实验教学内容、改革实验教学方法、强化实验教学师资队伍和完善实验教学考核评价机制等方面进行了研究,并提出了具体的金融专业实践教学改革措施.
To meet the need of modern finance development and cultivate applied and comprehensive higher vocational competence personnel,we must set up a scientific and complete practice teaching system.With a view to the characteristics of the independent colleges running and education orientation,this paper has made a thorough study in creating finance practice teaching theory and content,reforming practice teaching method,improving practice teaching faculty and evaluation mechanism,and proposed concrete teaching reform measures.
