摘要
简要概述了湖南辣椒生产情况、品种及产业化发展现状。为实施"绿色植保"战略,保证辣椒的食用安全性,根据国家绿色食品标准和要求,研究提出了辣椒病虫害的绿色防控技术,这些技术一方面可有效控制辣椒主要病虫害的发生为害,另一方面可保证辣椒卫生品质,遏制化学农药污染。
This paper shows a brief overview of hot pepper production, varieties and industrial development in Hunan. In order to implement the green plant protection strategy to ensure the security of hot pepper as food and in accordance with the national green food standards and requirements, some green techniques for controlling the diseases and insect pests of hot pepper (Capsicum annuum) have been developed, which can effectively get desired control results and can ensure the healthy quality of hot pepper and lower chemical contamination.
