闭合复位治疗肱骨髁上伸直型骨折

Treatment of the stretched fracture on top of the condyle of hunmerus by closed reduction

目的 :探讨中医正骨手法配合中药内服、外用方法治疗肱骨髁上伸直型骨折的临床效果。方法 :通过手法复位 ,夹板固定 ,内服中药 ,外敷跌打药 ,及药物薰洗治疗肱骨髁上伸直型骨折150例。结果 :优良95例 ,良好52例 ,尚可3例。结论 :采用正骨手法复位加小夹板 ,损伤小 ,方法简单 ,动静结合 ,配合中药内服外用治疗的基础上能有效地加速骨折愈合 ,防止关节挛缩及肘内、外翻畸形。

Objective:To probe into the effect of the treatment for stretched fracture on top of the condyle of humerus,with bonesetting of traditional Chinese medical science ,combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:150 cases were treated by the methods of recuction.fixation by splints ,and traditional Chinese medicine both for being taken by mouth and for extermal application. Results:Exellent were found in 95 cases,good in 52 cases and fair in 3 cases. Conclusion :Little injuries were caused when bonesetting reduction plus splints were used;Combining with traditional Chinese medicine both for being taken by mouth and for extermal application could effectively speed up the fracture to heal and prevent from joint atrophy and gunstock deformity.
