摘要
针对目前无刷直流电机电磁转矩脉动抑制方法存在检测方法、控制算法复杂、成本较高的缺陷,提出了一种新的无刷直流电机电磁转矩脉动抑制方法,该方法通过控制无刷直流电机导通相线电流跟踪给定电流来抑制电机的电磁转矩脉动,而无刷直流电机的导通相线电流是通过三相全桥逆变器下桥臂三个开关器件的电流引出后与相应开关器件驱动信号相乘后叠加所得,理论分析与实验结果表明提出的方法能有效地抑制无刷直流电机电磁转矩脉动,且降低了控制成本。
According to the deficiencies ~of detection method andcontrol algorithm complexity and higher costs on Torque Ripple Minimization Techniquesfor Brushless DC Motor, a torque ripple minimization techniques for Brushless DC Motor was proposed. The proposed method is ripple minimization by controlling Brushless DC Motor breakover phaseqine current for tracing the given current. The breakover phase line current is superposed switching element drive signal and the current is leading-out and synthetizing,by three by product of current and the switching element under bridge arm of three phase fully controlled bridge inverter. The theory analysis and experimental result showed the method can effectively restrain torque ripple for Bmshi:ess DC Motor and depress Controlling cost.
