摘要
针对记录器高速存储的需要,设计并实现了一种基于FPGA和单片FLASH的高速固态存储系统。该系统包括接口模块、控制模块、存储模块和电源模块。采用高速数据平滑技术和高速数据存储技术,使单片FLASH的存储速度达到30MB/s。设计根据交替双平面页编程方式,设计并实现了"轮循"编程方式,并针对该方式设计了高效的"区"地址管理方式和无效块管理方式。
For the need of high-speed data storing of recorder, we designed and implemented a high-speed solid state storage system based on FPGA and single FLASH. The module of interface, controller, storage and power were included in this system. Adopting the technique of high-speed data smoothening and storing, it achieved the 30MB/s data storage speed. On the basic of interleave two-plane page program mode, we designed the "alternate" program mode, and efficient method of "area" address management and invalid block management.
