摘要
在桥梁设计、施工及服役中存在的问题基础上,对桥梁设计的重要性、桥梁设计理念更新与技术创新、桥梁精细化设计与施工、桥梁使用管养等有关问题提出了看法与建议。
Aimed at the existing problem in bridge designing,construction and in service,the importance of the bridge design,idea renewal of bridge design and the technology innovation,refinement design and construction,suggestions and views about the management and maintenance of bridge and other related issues are put forward.
