不同生态产区烤烟片烟化学成分在醇化中的变化规律研究 被引量:28

摘要 为了探讨烤烟片烟在醇化过程中化学成分在醇化中的变化规律,通过对我国生态条件差异明显的六大产区,上、中、下3个部位来研究总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、挥发碱、挥发酸p、H及碘值的变化规律。结果表明,在烤烟醇化过程中,随着醇化时间的延长,总糖、还原糖、pH、挥发碱含量逐渐降低;碘值、挥发酸含量逐渐升高;总氮、烟碱则没有明显的变化。 In order to discuss the variation law of chemical components in flue-cured tobacco during alcoholization process,through selecting six areas with different ecology conditions,the variation law of total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,volatile alkali,volatile acid,pH and iodine in upper,middle and lower parts of tobacco were studied.The results showed that during alcoholization process,the content of total sugar,reducing sugar,pH and volatile alkali gradually decreasing;while TN and nicotine doesn't have obvious changes.
