广西优良玉米新品种近红外快速化学成份检测研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]建立广西优良新品种杂交玉米的蛋白质、淀粉及粗脂肪含量的近红外快速检测模型。[方法]用近红外品质分析仪进行漫反射光谱数据采集,用标准常规方法对样品进行化学测定,通过数学方法(MPLS法)和数学转换(3,5,5,1)将光谱数据和常规方法测定的数据进行回归法计算定标,得出定标方程,再用15个品种样品进行定标验证。[结果]玉米的近红外光谱图有多处吸收峰,不同玉米品种的吸收峰大小不同。各定标样品蛋白质含量的化学值与预测值的偏差分别为:-0.2%0、、0.2%、0.2%、-0.11%、0.2%0、、-0.3%0、、0.2%、-0.2%、0.2%、0.06%、0.3%、0;其粗脂肪含量的化学值与预测值的偏差分别为:0.01%、0.03%、0.11%、0.03%、0.11%、0.05%、-0.03%0、.02%、-0.04%0、.11%、-0.07%、-0.11%、-0.08%、-0.05%、-0.04%;其淀粉含量的化学值与预测值的偏差分别为:-0.5%、-0.8%、-0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%、0.7%、0.5%、-0.8%、0.8%、-0.5%、-0.5%、-0.6%、-0.7%、0.2%。[结论]为玉米化学成分含量的近红外快速检测提供了技术依据。 [Objective]The study aimed to establish a model for rapid determination by near-infrared spectroscopy for the contents of protein,starch and crude fat in new good corn hybrids of Guangxi.[Method]The spectroscopic data of diffused reflection was collected with near-infrared quality analyzer and the chemical determination was performed on samples by standard conventional method.The spectroscopic data and data from conventional determination were calibrated through regression calculation using mathematical method(MPLS method) and mathematical transform(3,5,5,1),the calibration equation was got and then 15 variety samples were used for checking calibration.[Result]There were multiple absorption peaks in near-infrared spectrogram of corn and their peak areas of different corn varieties were different.The deviation values between true values and predicted values of protein contents in all the calibration samples were-0.2%,0,0.2%,0.2%,-0.11%,0.2%,0,-0.3%,0,0.2%,-0.2%,0.2%,0.06%,0.3% and 0 resp.;that between true values and predicted values of crude fat contents were 0.01%,0.03%,0.11%,0.03%,0.11%,0.05%,-0.03%,0.02%,-0.04%,0.11%,-0.07%,-0.11%,-0.08%,-0.05% and-0.04% resp.and that between true values and predicted values of starch contents were-0.5%,-0.8%,-0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%,0.7%,0.5%,-0.8%,0.8%,-0.5%,-0.5%,-0.6%,-0.7% and 0.2% resp.[Conclusion]This study supplied technical basis for rapid determination by near-infrared spectroscopy for chemical composition contents of corn.
