摘要
[目的]分析鉴定广西百色烟草主要病毒病种类。[方法]2006~2010年连续5年对百色市烤烟主产区697个烟草病毒样品和132份土壤样品及126份蚜虫(Myzus persicae)样品进行多重RT-PCR检测。[结果]在所有采集的烟草样品中多数能检测到烟草病毒的存在,检出率为99.0%;检出烟草花叶病毒(TMV)病样521个,检出率为74.8%;黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)病样149个,检出率为21.4%;马铃薯Y病毒(PVN)检出率为37.7%,共263个。其中,TMV与CMV混合侵染的有56个,检出率为8.0%;TMV与PVY混合侵染的166个,检出率为23.8%;CMV与PVY混合侵染的有131个,检出率为18.8%;TMV、CMV和PVY共同侵染的有55个,检出率为7.9%。132份植烟土壤中均含有TMV病毒,检出率为100.0%,而PVY和CMV均未测出。126份蚜虫样品中,12份蚜虫中检测出只有PVY存在7,份蚜虫中只有CMV存在7,7份蚜虫中同时存在PVY和CMV。[结论]危害百色烟草病毒主要为TMV、PVY和CMV,其中TMV初侵染源为土壤中存在的TMV病毒,而PVY和CMV的初侵染源主要为迁入的带毒蚜虫。
[Objective] The aim was to analyze and identify main tobacco viruses in Baise,Guangxi.[Method] A total number of 697 tobacco virus samples,a number of 132 soil samples and 126 M.persicae samples were collected from tobacco planting regions in Baise,and Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV),Potato virus Y(PVY) and Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) were simultaneous detected by multiple RT-PCR.[Result] The results showed that all tobacco samples almost had viruses,and the detectable rate was 99.0%.Thereinto,521 samples were infected by TMV with the detectable rate of 74.8%,149 samples were infected by CMV with the detectable rate of 21.4%,and 263 samples were infected by PVY with the detectable rate of 37.7% in tobacco leaves.And 56 samples were co-infected by TMV and CMV with the detectable rate of 8.0%,166 samples were co-infected by TMV and PVY with the detectable rate of 23.8%,131 samples were co-infected by CMV and PVY with the detectable rate of 18.8%,and 55 samples were co-infected by TMV,CMV and PVY with the detectable rate of 7.9%.In a number of 132 soil samples,only TMV was detected with the detectable rate of 100.0%.In 126 M.persicae samples,12 samples were infected by PVY,7 samples were infected by CMV,and 77 samples were simultaneously infected by PVY and CMV.[Conclusion] The main viruses harming the tobacco in Baise were TMV,CMV and PVY,and the TMV in soil was primary source of tobacco TMV,while the immigrant M.persicae was primary source of tobacco PVY and CMV.
