摘要 [目的]优化影响蚕沙叶绿素萃取效率的软化工艺参数。[方法]以蚕沙为材料,采用超声波辅助法萃取蚕沙中的叶绿素,并以叶绿素a萃取效率为指标,比较软化剂用量及软化时间对萃取效率的影响,获得最优软化工艺。[结果]当软化剂NaCO3(0.05 g/ml)用量0.84 ml、软化10 min时,蚕沙中叶绿素的萃取效率最高,可达13.56 mg/L(6.78 mg/g)。[结论]该研究不仅为蚕沙叶绿素萃取工艺的进一步优化奠定基础,还有益于理解蚕沙软化机理。 [Objective] The aim was to optimize softening process for further research,which would affect extraction efficiency of chlorophyll in silkworm excrement.[Method] Silkworm excrement was used as raw material,and chlorophyll was extracted with ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent extraction.Using extraction efficiency of chlorophyll a as index,effects of different softener amount and softening time were compared and analyzed to obtain optimal softening process.[Result] It was found that extraction efficiency was highest when silkworm excrement was softened with 0.84 ml NaCO3(0.05 g/ml) for 10 min.And content of chlorophyll a was 13.56 mg/L(6.78 mg/g).[Conclusion] The study not only provide a basis for further optimization extraction process of chlorophyll,but also conducive to understand the softening mechanism in silkworm excrement.
