摘要
经过20年的工作实践和理论研究,我国城镇土地定级技术已经日趋成熟,特别是计算机辅助下的多种数学模型和GIS技术的采用,使土地定级过程更加方便快捷,定级结果更加准确有效。数学方法在城镇土地定级中的应用主要集中在级别测算、级别划分、级别验证3个方面,共有近20余种数学方法进行了实证研究;在GIS方法参与城镇土地定级的应用研究中,栅格数据空间分析的应用、DEM数据模型参与下的地形地貌功能分计算、K阶数据场模型作用分值计算及时间距离衰减法确定作用因素的扩散分值等是当前应用研究的主要方向。
Urban land classification techniques become increasingly mature in China with the practical experiences and theoretical research of two decades.Especially a variety of mathematical models and GIS technology assisted by computer facilitate the land classification process and increase the classification accuracy.The application of mathematical methods mainly concentrates in classification measurement,classification division and classification verification,there are more than twenty kinds of models studied in actual cases;the application of raster data spatial analysis,topography function value calculation with DEM model,K-order data field of point set,and the use of time distance attenuation to determine proliferation score are the present emphases applied research.
