摘要
研究了中央提出城乡统筹、新农村建设以来农村住宅发展的基本情况,归纳出我国农村住宅发展中的4种典型模式,分析这些模式的特点及发展趋势,提出创新和引导农村住宅发展的市场化模式。
The basic situation of rural residential development was studied since the idea of urban and rural coordinating,new rural construction were put forward by central authorities,four typical modes were summarized,characteristics and development trend of these modes were analyzed,the marketization mode of innovating and guiding rural residential development were put forward.
