氧自由基在肝脏保存再灌注损伤中的作用

摘要 目的 探讨氧自由基在肝脏保存再灌注损伤 (HPRI)中的作用。方法 应用离体大鼠肝脏保存再灌注模型 ,观察超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA) ,谷草转氨酶 (AST)含量以及肝细胞形态学态化。结果 HPRI时 ,SOD活性显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,MDA含量和AST活性明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,肝细胞形态发生异常变化。 Objective To explore the role of oxygen free radicals (OFR) in hepatic preservation-reperfusion injury (HPRI) of rats. Methods Changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) as well as morphological changes of hepatocytes were observed during preservation-reperfusion of isolated rat liver. Results SOD activity decreased significantly ( P <0 05),MDA and AST concentration increased remarkably ( P <0 05, P <0 05), and abnormal morphological changes of hepatocytes were obvious during HPRI. Conclusion It is indicate that OFR may be one of the primary causes for HPRI.
